I had a wonderful experience with my dentist dr Noor and assistant Samira. Dr Noor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

Of the many times I have been here, the staff have always been very kind and polite to me, and they took good care of me. I have survived medical neglect for most of my life, and so this was the first proper dentist I have ever been to in my life. Even so, they were good to me and mindful of my financial situation, always helping come up with payment plans and processing whenever it was a question. Wait times are generally minimal or comfortable when they come up, and both the dentists and front staff are outgoing and friendly.

I am very scared of dental work that extends beyond cleaning. Historically its gone very badly- i wasnt listened to and it has been traumatic. I went to see Dr. Saiyed as i new id need a tooth that didnt fit in my mouth pulled and her and her nurse were incredible. They were kind and were very conscious during my care. When i came in for my recheck we wound up having to start some more extensive work and being heard and their empathy was very comforting. I wound up needing to come in a third time for a root canal id tried to wait on (as previous experience had left my very painful after and id had an engagement this time i could not avoid) and they were quick to help. The whole time it has been how to make sure im not painful and this root canal was such a different experience. I didnt leave painful like last time and genuinely i think it is because this team does great work, listens and cares. They have my deepest gratitude.
