Dr. Ranju was incredibly informative, kind, and gentle throughout my visit. I tend to have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, but she was so patient and understanding that it immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and approached my cleaning with such a calm and reassuring manner. Her professionalism and compassion truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough, caring, and stress-free dental cleaning! I do want to mention the front desk staff member (not Talya, though I didn’t catch her name) was somewhat unprofessional during checkout. At my previous visit, I was told the office offers payment plans, which I understood to mean scheduled in-house payments. After my treatment, I was asked to pay upfront, and when I mentioned the payment plan, she initially denied it, then said they did offer one and began signing me up for what turned out to be a credit card without clearly explaining that it was a credit card. I asked multiple times, and she described it as “like Klarna” without properly clarifying, even while requesting personal information typically required for a credit check. I repeatedly asked why those questions were necessary for a payment plan, and she never clearly disclosed that it was a credit application. I even offered to just pay upfront due to the confusion, but the process continued. As someone who works in a medical office that offers payment plans without requiring credit cards, I believe this should have been clearly explained. The lack of transparency and dismissive attitude made my checkout experience frustrating and uncomfortable.

I have been a patient of Dentists of Sterling for years, and I am very pleased with the care and professionalism the team provides. My smile has definitely improved. I truly recommend Ranju Rajesh (RDH) and Dr. Saleha Saiyed (BDS, DMD).
